We have just returned from a week stay in Florence. Due to the bad weather conditions that we faced, our flight was cancelled. We contacted the information desk at Malpensa Airport in order them to recommend us a nice hotel close to the airport. They showed us pictures of Pista Hotel and we made our decision to sleep for one night at this hotel. When we arrived there, we felt completely depressed. It was a terrible experience. Everything was ungly. The reception, the restaurant, the rooms had a sence of misery. We decided that it was rather better to spend our night at Malpensa Airport insted of spending one night at Pista Hotel. The owner of the hotel, obliged us to pay 40 euros just for the visit, although we had not even carried our languages to the room. it was the worst hotel i've ever seen in my life.
