Modern, comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff. Italian breakfast was beyond our expectations. Huge selection. I failed to request the free airport shuttle available for pick-up. After traveling for 15 hours, we took a frightening taxi ride, where the driver exceeded speeds over 160 kilometers with approximately 3 feet of clearance from the vehicle in front of us. The taxi drove around in circles with the intent to "pad" the fare. What should have been a 12 minute ride, was about 30 minutes with a fare of 80 euros. When the staff found out about our experience, they reported to transportation regulators. We failed to note the taxi license number, so I'm sure nothing will come of it. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.
