Here is a recap of the one night we spent in this hotel: The good: Our (second) room and dinner at the hotel restaurant were fine. The bad: Our room key didn't work. Instead of giving us another room immediately, management sent 3 different people to check the key situation and try to fix the problem, without success. Two and a quarter hours later - they finally gave us another room. This was a huge pain and very frustrating, since my husband and I had driven 8 hours that day from Provence, and really didn't need the hassle. (Also worth mentioning: the air conditioning in the room was iffy, and the make-up mirror in the bathroom was busted.) The ugly: We dropped off our car at the airport the night before we left Milan. Our plan was to take the hotel shuttle back to the hotel, and again the next morning to the airport. When we got on the half-full shuttle to return to the hotel, we sat there in the lot for quite a while (10 minutes). Then the driver (a portly guy) got up and left the van, saying he had to go to the toilet and would be back in 2 minutes. A full fifteen minutes after that, he returned to the van (with a bag - he'd been shopping!!), said nothing, and drove back to the hotel. Fortunately, there was a different driver the next morning, and things went smoothly going back to the airport.
